Cast iron has high strength, wear resistance, impact resistance and other characteristics, suitable for heavier industrial equipment. However, cast iron is denser and heavier, so it requires more power to drive. In addition, cast iron is prone to rust and requires anti-corrosion treatment.

2.steel hydraulic motor

Steel hydraulic motor with high hardness, high strength, wear resistance, impact resistance and other characteristics, suitable for high load, high pressure industrial equipment. Commonly used steel are 45# steel and 40Cr steel. However, the density of steel, heavy weight, need to be driven by a larger power.

3.aluminum alloy hydraulic motor

Aluminum alloy materials commonly used in hydraulic motors include 6061 and 7075. Aluminum alloy material has a small density, light weight, good thermal conductivity and other characteristics, suitable for lightweight industrial equipment. However, the strength of aluminum alloy material is low, easy to oxidize, so it is necessary to carry out surface treatment to improve the surface hardness and corrosion resistance.

Stainless steel hydraulic motor has corrosion resistance, rust resistance, beautiful appearance and other characteristics, suitable for some high demand occasions, such as food processing industry. Commonly used stainless steel materials such as 304 and 316. However, stainless steel has lower strength, higher density and heavier weight, and requires higher power to drive.

Applicable to the production of Danfoss BMR OMR series hydraulic motors are mainly composed of stator, rotor, output shaft, check valve body, spacer, coupling, front cover and rear cover, bolts, O-rings and other accessories, Feiyue hydraulic motor rotor with 20CrMnTi, pin teeth with GCr15, stator with QT600-3, shell and output shaft with the material is HT250, the rear cover with 20CrMnTi, needle tooth with GCr15, stator with QT600-3, shell and output shaft with material is HT250. The back cover is made of 20CrMnTi; the front cover, check valve body, and parallel key fittings are made of carbon structure material, and the O-ring material is mainly 70 and 80 hardware degrees of Buna-N rubber.

BMR OMR hydraulic motor assembly technical requirements:

1. All spare parts should be inspected and cleaned before assembly, and there should be no processing mechanical scars;.
2. The pre-tightening torque of the rear cover screws is 50N.m;
3. The total circumferential interval between the spline at both ends of the linkage shaft and the inner spline fit is not more than 0.2MM and rotating.
4. After assembly, the output shaft should rotate easily and softly without stagnation.
5. The unprocessed surface should be painted according to the surface processing technology.
6. Facing the output shaft, the motor will rotate clockwise when oil is fed into the A port and returned to the B port.
7. Install the steel ball to the single valve, using kerosene test shall not have the phenomenon of oil leakage.
8. Adjust the bearing, so that the bearing axial clearance is not greater than 0.05MM.
